WHAT INFORMATION DOes CLUB ENERGY COLLECT? HOW DO WE USE IT?
When you purchase a membership, we need to know your name, DOB, e-mail address and mailing address. This allows us to process and fulfil our service to you. When you purchase a Direct Debit membership our collection company, Debit Finance Ltd will collect your bank details. These are securely stored by DFC and are not available to us as a club. We have no access to your bank details. 
 
HOW DOES CLUB ENERGY PROTECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION?
We use secure, password protected software for collecting personal information. All customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
 
WHAT ABOUT "COOKIES"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.
 
WILL CLUB ENERGY DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?
Club Energy does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. The information we collect is solely for the use of us as a gym and constitutes the correct administrative running of the club.
