Join experienced elite runner Jamil and improve your running form through specific running drills. 

  • Sessions led by British Athletics Running Coach
  • All abilities and fitness levels welcome
  • Sessions can be tailored to individual needs
  • Participants can choose not to take part in the high intensity if they do not wish to

Each 45 min session covers

  • Warm up
  • Stretching
  • Pilates style exercises to support core stability
  • Strength and conditioning exercises
  • High intensity  session that  running drills, hurdles and ladders including active recovery intervals including the use of stationary bikes
  • Cool down
