Each 45 min session covers

  • Warm up
  • Stretching
  • Pilates style exercises to support core stability
  • Strength and conditioning exercises
  • High intensity  session that  running drills, hurdles and ladders including active recovery intervals including the use of stationary bikes
  • Cool down
